Spicy Chaap Biryani

Ingredients:
- Mutton chops 1/2 kg
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Biryani masala 2 tbsp
- Ground green chilies 8
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
- Mace powder 1/4 tsp
- Tomatoes 3
- Green chilies 4
- Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
- Orange food color 1 pinch
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Yogurt 1/2 cup
- Coal for smoke
- Fried onion 1/2 cup
Method:
- Marinate chops with ginger, garlic, yogurt, biryani masala, ground green chilies and all dry spices for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil, put fried onion, chops, tomatoes and green chilies, cover it and cook until chops tender.
- Heat oil in other pan, add chops, fried onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, boiled rice, orange food color, yogurt and cream and mix it.
- Now cover, simmer it for 15-20 minutes. give smoke of coal and serve.
Spicy Chaap Biryani is tasty and spicy biryani. Mutton chops is marinated and cooked. Then mixed with rice, vegetables & yogurt, simmered and give smoke of coal.
