Chicken Katakat

Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Katakat masala 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger as required
- Coriander leaves few
- Brown onion 1
- Oil as required
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients except katakat masala and brown onion for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in pan, add marinated chicken and cook until oil separates.
- Then add brown onion and katakat masala, cook more for 10-15 minutes, garnish with ginger slices and coriander leaves and serve hot.
Chicken Katakat is delicious dish. Chicken is marinated and fried in oil. Garnished with coriander leaves & ginger slices and served with naan. You can prepare it with mutton or beef.
