Spaghetti Mewa Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Cloves 5
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Black peppercorn 6
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron essence 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Fried onion 2 tbsp
  • Chicken stock 3 cups

Method:

  1. Heat big pan, put sugar, caramelize it.
  2. Add oil and blend it.
  3. When oil is hot, add whole spices and stir it.
  4. Then add spaghetti with stock, cover it and cook on low flame.
  5. Now add raisins, almonds, coconut, saffron essence and butter, cover it, garnish with fried onion and serve hot.

Spaghetti Mewa Pulao is new pulao dish. Spaghetti is cooked with stocks & spices, mixed with mewa, garnished with brown onion and serve. You must try this pulao.
