Spaghetti Mewa Pulao

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom 2-3
- Cloves 5
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon 1
- Black peppercorn 6
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Almonds 2 tbsp
- Coconut 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Saffron essence 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Fried onion 2 tbsp
- Chicken stock 3 cups
Method:
- Heat big pan, put sugar, caramelize it.
- Add oil and blend it.
- When oil is hot, add whole spices and stir it.
- Then add spaghetti with stock, cover it and cook on low flame.
- Now add raisins, almonds, coconut, saffron essence and butter, cover it, garnish with fried onion and serve hot.
Spaghetti Mewa Pulao is new pulao dish. Spaghetti is cooked with stocks & spices, mixed with mewa, garnished with brown onion and serve. You must try this pulao.
