Ingredients:

  • Egg whites 4
  • Caster sugar 4 tbsp
  • Instant coffee 2 tbsp
  • Finger biscuits 4-6
  • Espresso coffee for serving

Method:

  1. Put egg whites in bowl, beat it slightly, add sugar and instant coffee and mix it nicely.
  2. Then keep bowl on saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Now cover serving glass with plastic wraps, keep in fridge for 4 hours and serve chilled with finger biscuits.

Zabaione is an Italian dessert. It is prepared with egg yolks and sugar. It is served with finger biscuits.
