Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs 6
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Fried onion ground 4 tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Blended tomatoes 3
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add tomato puree, blended tomatoes, spices and fried onion and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put 1 cup water and cook until gravy is thick.
  3. Then add boiled eggs, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Anda Masala is delicious dish. Gravy is prepared with tomatoes and cooked. Then boiled eggs are added and serve with naan or rice.
