Kaddu Ki Kheer

Ingredients:

  • Grated bottle gourd 2 cups
  • Milk 1-1/2 cup
  • Sagodana 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Pistachio slice 1 tbsp
  • Almond slice 1 tbsp
  • Green cardamom 4
  • Cream 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and fry bottle gourd and green cardamom.
  2. Now add milk and cook until bottle gourd in soft.
  3. Then add cream and cook more for 5 minutes.
  4. Put sagodana and 1/2 cup water.
  5. Cook sagodana until soft.
  6. Now add sugar and cook for 10 minutes till kheer is thick.
  7. Then put almonds and pistachios and serve cold.

Kaddu Ki Kheer is delicious kheer. It is prepared with bottle gourd and kheer. Topped with nuts and served cold. You must try this kheer.
