Creamy Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 300 gm
  • Mushrooms 1 cup
  • Chicken stock 1 jug
  • Maida 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed garlic 2-3 cloves
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Butter 4-5 tbsp
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves or Parsley for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Now add prawns and mushrooms and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add black pepper, white pepper and salt and put butter.
  4. Then add maida and fry it nicely.
  5. When all ingredients are combined, add chicken stock and cook until thick.
  6. Then add cream, cook for 1-2 minutes and dish out.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves or parsley and serve.
