Shaljam Murgh Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (16 pieces) 1
  • Red pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Turnip 1/2 kg
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chilies finely chopped 8
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Lemons 4
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1 bunch
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Peel turnip and cut into small cubes.
  2. Wash chicken pieces nicely and put in wok.
  3. Also put ginger garlic paste and salt and dry water.
  4. Now put oil, red pepper, turmeric and yogurt and roast it nicely.
  5. Then fry turnip cubes in other pan and put in chicken.
  6. Then add sugar, lemon juice, green chilies, coriander leaves and all spice powder and simmer it.
  7. Water of turnip dries, roast it slightly and remove it.
  8. Delicious shaljam murgh is ready.

Shaljam Murgh is delicious dish. Turnip is fried and simmer with chicken. Serve it with rice. You must try this recipe.
