Pineapple Sweet N Sour Sauce

Ingredients:

• Pineapple 1 cup
• Plum boiled 1/2 cup
• Corn flour 1 tbsp
• Red chili paste 1/2 tsp
• White vinegar 3 tbsp
• Soya sauce 2 tbsp
• Brown sugar 2 tbsp
• Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
• Salt to taste
  

Method:

1. Put pineapple, plum, vinegar, soya sauce, brown sugar, salt and tomato sauce in pan, stir it and cook on low flame.
2. When boils comes, add red chilies paste.
3. Then mix corn flour in water, put in pan, mix it and thick it.
4. Then remove it and serve cool.
