Keema Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mince 1/2 kg
- Tomatoes 375 gm
- Green chilies small 10
- Onions 2
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tbsp
- Lemon slices 2
- Red chili 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Method:
- Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.
- Now put mince and roast on high flame.
- Then put onions, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, salt, turmeric, whole coriander and red chili and cover it on low flame.
- When its water dries, sprinkle lemon slices and coriander leaves and serve.
Keema Karahi is tasty dish. It is prepared with common ingredients. Served with raita and naan.
