Schezwan Vegetable Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
- Grated cabbage 1 cup
- Grated carrot 1/2 cup
- Finely chopped capsicum 1
- Sweet corn 1/2 cup
- Maida 5 tbsp
- Corn flour 5 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Egg 1
- Water for batter
For Sauce:
- Oil 1/4 cup
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Crushed garlic 1 tsp
- Sweet chili sauce 1/2 cup
- Chili garlic sauce 1/4 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Stock 1-1/2 cup
- Corn flour 2 tbsp
- Tomato puree 2 tbsp
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and make batter.
- Now fry it like pakoray and keep it aside.
- Then put all sauce ingredients in wok, make sauce, put on vegetable balls and serve.
Schezwan Vegetable Balls is delicious dish. It is prepared with mixed vegetables & corn and fried like pakoray. Then served in sauce.
