Ingredients:
- Flour 2 cups
- Yeast 1 to 1-1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Egg 1
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm water, mix it and leave it.
- When yeast rises, put in bowl.
- Now put maida, egg, salt and 3/4 cup butter and knead with milk or water.
- Then cover it for 2-3 hours.
- Then take it out, knead it and make balls.
- Now roll it thick and mark cut with fork.
- Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
- When color comes, brush with butter and bake more for 1-2 minutes.
- Take it out and serve hot.
