Makhan Wali Roti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 1 to 1-1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add sugar and yeast in lukewarm water, mix it and leave it.
  2. When yeast rises, put in bowl.
  3. Now put maida, egg, salt and 3/4 cup butter and knead with milk or water.
  4. Then cover it for 2-3 hours.
  5. Then take it out, knead it and make balls.
  6. Now roll it thick and mark cut with fork.
  7. Now bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
  8. When color comes, brush with butter and bake more for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Take it out and serve hot.

Makhan Wali Roti is new roti. It is prepared with flour & butter and baked. You must try this roti.
