Safaid Chanay Ka Pulao

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Boiled white chickpeas 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 10
  • Tomatoes 375 gm
  • Garlic 6 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Onions 2
  • Water 3 glasses
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, salt, cumin and black pepper and roast it nicely.
  3. Then add water and chickpeas.
  4. When it boils, put soaked rice and cook it.
  5. Water dries, simmer it and close stove for 10 minutes.
  6. It is ready.

Safaid Chanay Ka Pulao is tasty dish. It is prepared with white chickpeas. It is easy and simple recipe to make.
