Safaid Chanay Ka Pulao

Ingredients:
- Rice 1/2 kg
- Boiled white chickpeas 1/2 kg
- Green chilies 10
- Tomatoes 375 gm
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Onions 2
- Water 3 glasses
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
- Now put ginger, garlic, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, salt, cumin and black pepper and roast it nicely.
- Then add water and chickpeas.
- When it boils, put soaked rice and cook it.
- Water dries, simmer it and close stove for 10 minutes.
- It is ready.
