Cucumber Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
- Ice cream soda 2 glass
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Cucumber 2
- Mint leaves few
- Ice as required
Method:
- Peel cucumber, take out seeds and grate it.
- Put cucumber, ice cream soda, sugar, lemon juice and ice in blender and blend it.
- Then take out in glasses, put mint leaves and serve.
Cucumber Cocktail is wonderful drink. Cucumber and ice cream soda are blended and served chilled.
