Mocha Caramel Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients:

  • Cream cheese 400 gm
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Whipped cream 3 tbsp
  • Icing sugar 3 tbsp
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Caramel chocolate 1/4 cup
  • Dark chocolate grated 1/4 cup
  • Cream 2/3 cup
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Coffee 1 tbsp

For Base:

  • Chocolate cream biscuits 2 cups
  • Melted butter 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Crush biscuits, mix butter, put in mini cheese cake for making base and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Now put caramel chocolate, dark chocolate, cream, milk and coffee in pan and melt it.
  3. Beat cream cheese, put chocolate mixture, beat it, put on base and bake on 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Then take out, decorate with cream and serve.

Mocha Caramel Mini Cheesecakes is delicious dessert. Base is prepared with chocolate cream biscuits and baked. Topped with caramel chocolate & dark chocolate mixture, baked again and decorated with cream.
