Mocha Caramel Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients:
- Cream cheese 400 gm
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Whipped cream 3 tbsp
- Icing sugar 3 tbsp
- Hung curd 1/2 cup
- Eggs 2
- Caramel chocolate 1/4 cup
- Dark chocolate grated 1/4 cup
- Cream 2/3 cup
- Milk 1 tbsp
- Coffee 1 tbsp
For Base:
- Chocolate cream biscuits 2 cups
- Melted butter 1/2 cup
Method:
- Crush biscuits, mix butter, put in mini cheese cake for making base and bake for 10 minutes.
- Now put caramel chocolate, dark chocolate, cream, milk and coffee in pan and melt it.
- Beat cream cheese, put chocolate mixture, beat it, put on base and bake on 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes.
- Then take out, decorate with cream and serve.
Mocha Caramel Mini Cheesecakes is delicious dessert. Base is prepared with chocolate cream biscuits and baked. Topped with caramel chocolate & dark chocolate mixture, baked again and decorated with cream.
