Murgh Podina Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Small red chilies 10
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato paste 1 cup
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion paste 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves paste 1 bunch
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilies 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with ginger garlic, vinegar, crushed coriander, mint leaves paste, bay leaves, black pepper, turmeric, salt and chopped green chilies for 1 hour.
  2. Now heat oil and put red chilies.
  3. When aroma comes, add ginger garlic, onion paste and tomato paste and roast it nicely.
  4. Then put on masala chicken and roast it.
  5. When water dries, add yogurt and coriander leaves, simmer it for 10 minutes and serve with boiled rice.

Murgh Podina is tasty dish. Chicken is marinated with mint leaves mixture and then cooked. Served with rice. You must try this recipe.
