Kashmiri Lauki Recipe

Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd 1 kg
- Green chilies 3
- Finely chopped tomatoes 4
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Crushed white cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice as required
Method:
- Heat oil in wok and put tomatoes.
- Also add salt and white cumin.
- When water of tomatoes dries, roast it slightly, put bottle, sugar and red chili and roast it nicely.
- When oil separates, put lemon juice, green chilies and butter and simmer it.
- Serve with rice or parathay.
Kashmiri Lauki is tasty dish. It is prepared with bottles gourd. Butter is also added. Serve with rice or parathay.
