Khow Suey Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beef 500 gm
- Tomatoes 5-6
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Fry onion 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Spaghetti 1 packet
- Potato chips 3
- Papri 3
- Crushed coconut 2-3 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Mint leaves 1 bunch
- Curry powder 2-3 tbsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Small green chili 7-8
- Water as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add tomatoes, cook until soft and add beef.
- Then add spices and keep it aside.
- For curry: Put yogurt, curry powder, coconut, turmeric, salt, 2 glass water, green chilies and coriander leaves, blend it, keep on stove, give 2-3 times josh and close stove.
- Then boil spaghetti in water with salt, cool it, fry potato and serve with curry, meat and spaghetti.
Khow Suey is Burmese cuisine. It is tasty dish and common dish in Pakistan. It is prepared with meat, curry and spaghetti.
