Chocolate Chili Mousse Cup

Ingredients:

  • Red chili powder 1 pinch
  • Fresh cream 200 ml
  • Dark chocolate 200 gm
  • Egg yolks 2
  • Unsalted butter softened 1 tbsp
  • Grated chocolate to serve

Method:

  1. Mix dark chocolate and red chili powder, cook it, add egg yolks and sugar, beat for 5 minutes and fold with chocolate.
  2. Then put cream and chocolate mixture in other bowl, mix it nicely, put in serving glasses and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Now take out from fridge, garnish with chocolate and serve.

Chocolate Chili Mousse Cup is new mousse. Red chili powder is added and served chilled. You must try this recipe.
