Chocolate Chili Mousse Cup

Ingredients:
- Red chili powder 1 pinch
- Fresh cream 200 ml
- Dark chocolate 200 gm
- Egg yolks 2
- Unsalted butter softened 1 tbsp
- Grated chocolate to serve
Method:
- Mix dark chocolate and red chili powder, cook it, add egg yolks and sugar, beat for 5 minutes and fold with chocolate.
- Then put cream and chocolate mixture in other bowl, mix it nicely, put in serving glasses and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
- Now take out from fridge, garnish with chocolate and serve.
