Keema Curry Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Vegetable oil 4-6 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Garlic crushed 2 cloves
  • Ginger as required
  • Beef steak mince 300 gm
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Tara curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Beef stock cube 2 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes 1 cup
  • Long grain rice 2 cups
  • Green peas 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in saucepan, add onion and ginger, fry until soft, add mince and cook it.
  2. Then add curry powder and spices, cook more for 1 minute, add beef stock cube, tomatoes and peas and add rice with little water.
  3. Now cook for 5-8 minutes on low flame and serve.

Keema Curry Rice is tasty dish. Beef steak mince is cooked in vegetable oil, mixed with rice and served.
