Afghani Keema Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes 3-4
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Whole cumin 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, fry garlic and cumin, add mince, tomatoes, black pepper  and salt and cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Then low flame, cover it, cook it, garnish with whole coriander and coriander leaves and serve.

Afghani Keema is tasty dish. It is prepared with same ingredients of mince. Serve with Afghani naan and raita.
