Tomato Ketchup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes 2-1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Crushed green chili 1
  • Crushed garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Spice bag 1
  • Cinnamon 2 inch
  • Black pepper 10-12
  • Cloves 1 tsp
  • Fennel 1/2 tsp
  • Dried whole red chili 2

Method:

  1. Cook tomato pieces, garlic, onion and green chili for 20 minutes.
  2. Now strain it with thin strainer and simmer puree with spices bag until thick.
  3. Now stir it, take out spices bag and fill ketchup in bottle.

Tomato Ketchup is common table sauce. It is prepared with tomatoes, seasonings and spices. Serve with fries, burgers and other fast foods.
