Vegetable Tahiri Recipe

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 2
- Chopped cabbage 2 cup
- Chopped carrots 2
- Chopped french beans 12-14
- Green beans 1/2 cup
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Onion slices 3
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp
- Green chilies 3
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Rice 1-1/2 cups
- Lemon juice 1/2 tbsp
- Kewra essence, Rose water 1 tsp
- Water 3 cups
- Salt to taste
- Bay leaf 1
- Small cardamom 4
- Big cardamom 2
Method:
- Heat butter, put onion, big cardamom, small cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and onion and roast until golden brown.
- Then put ginger garlic paste and fry for few seconds.
- Then put potatoes, carrots, french beans, green beans and cabbage and mix it.
- Now put coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
- Then put lemon juice and rice and add water, kewra essence and rose water.
- Now cover it, cook on low flame and serve with raita.
Vegetable Tahiri is tasty vegetables dish. It is prepared with mixed vegetables and beans. Serve with raita.
