Satrangi Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients:
- Potatoes 2
- Carrot 1
- Cabbage 250 gm
- Capsicum 1
- Eggplant 1
- French beans 1 cup
- Green beans 1 cup
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 2-3
- Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
Method:
- Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil potatoes, carrot, cabbage, capsicum, eggplant, french beans and green beans together.
- Now heat oil in pan and put cumin and garlic.
- Add boiled vegetables, spices and tamarind pulp, cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
- Then put coriander leaves and green chilies and serve with roti.
Satrangi Sabzi is tasty dish. It is prepared with mixed vegetables. Serve with methi ki roti.
