Masalay Daar Pasanday Recipe

Ingredients:
- Pasanday 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Cardamom 3-4
- Cinnamon 2-3
- Cloves 4-5
- Bay leaves 2-3
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 5-6
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Ginger 1 inch
- Oil 4-5 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pan, add black pepper, cumin, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves and crackle it.
- Then add onion and garlic paste and fry it.
- When onion is brown, add pasanday.
- Now add crushed red chili, mix it nicely and roast it.
- When pasanday tender, add coriander leaves and green chilies and simmer it.
- When is simmer is completed, remove from stove and serve in dish.
Masalay Daar Pasanday is spicy dish. Beef pasanday is used to prepare this dish. Serve with hot naan and raita.
