Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Milk 1 cup
- Butter 2-3 tbsp
- Ghee for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Add butter and salt in maida, mix it and knead with milk.
- Now make balls.
- Then roll it long with hands and make like balls.
- Now put ghee on tawa, roll balls and fry on tawa.
- Serve it hot.
Lachay Dar Parathay is common paratha in Pakistan. Maida is kneaded with milk and fried in ghee on tawa. Serve with sooji ka halwa.
