Lachay Dar Parathay Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Butter 2-3 tbsp
  • Ghee for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add butter and salt in maida, mix it and knead with milk.
  2. Now make balls.
  3. Then roll it long with hands and make like balls.
  4. Now put ghee on tawa, roll balls and fry on tawa.
  5. Serve it hot.

Lachay Dar Parathay is common paratha in Pakistan. Maida is kneaded with milk and fried in ghee on tawa. Serve with sooji ka halwa.
