Baked Hazelnut Chocolate Souffle

Ingredients:

  • Hazelnut chocolate 1 cup
  • Eggs 6
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • Fine sugar 2/3 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
  • Icing sugar to sprinkle

Method:

  1. Put chocolate in bowl and melt over water.
  2. Sieve corn flour and mix with sugar in melted chocolate in bowl.
  3. Now put egg yolks one by one.
  4. Then put vanilla essence and more sugar.
  5. Then fold beaten egg whites in 1/4 sugar and mix in chocolate mixture.
  6. Put mixture in 6-8 ramekins, dust with remaining sugar, bake in preheated oven on 220 degrees C for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Then take out from oven, sprinkle icing sugar and serve with ice cream.

Baked Hazelnut Chocolate Souffle is delicious baked egg based dish. It id prepared with hazelnut chocolate and corn flour. Then baked in oven and served with ice cream.
