Chicken Laap Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken mince 250 gm
- Rice 2-3 tbsp
- Whole red chilies 4-5
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Fish sauce 2-3 tbsp
- Chopped green onion 1 cup
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
- Chopped mint 1 cup
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
- Chopped cauliflower 1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
Method:
- Fry red chilies on tawa, crush it and keep it aside.
- Now put oil in pan, add garlic and chicken mince and roast it.
- Then put 1/2 cup water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
- When water dries and mince is ready, take it out and cool it.
- Now put mince in bowl, add red chilies, fish sauce, coriander leaves, mint, green onion, Chinese salt and lemon juice and mix it nicely.
- Now put roasted rice and mix it.
- Then take out in salad platter, garnish with cucumber and cabbage and serve.
Chicken Laap is Lao cuisine. It is meat salad. It is prepared with chicken, mince and vegetables.
