Ice Cream Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Melted ice cream 2 cups
  • Self raising flour 1-1/4 cup
  • Rainbow sprinkles 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 175 degrees C.
  2. Mix ice cream and self raising flour.
  3. Now fold rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips.
  4. Line loaf pan with butter pan, put batter and bake for 35 minutes.
  5. Then cool it, cut it and serve.

Ice Cream Bread is amazing bread. It is prepared with 4 ingredients only. Ice cream & rainbow sprinkle are added.
