Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

• Maida 3 cups
• Butter 1/2 cup
• Baking powder 2 tsp
• Vanilla essence 1 tsp
• Caster sugar 1-1/2 cup
• Cocoa powder 1 cup
• Eggs 2
  

Method:

1. Beat butter and sugar nicely.
2. Now put vanilla essence and eggs and beat it slightly.
3. Then sieve maida, baking powder and cocoa powder and put in butter mixture.
4. Now put in shopper, keep in fridge for 15 minutes, take it out and roll it.
5. Then cut with cutter and bake on 180 degrees C.
