Chicken Ka Badami Korma

Ingredients:
- Chicken 1-1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion 4
- Degi red chili 4
- Whole coriander 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Kewra few drops
- Almonds 12
- Poppy seeds 1/2 tbsp
- Small cardamom 6
- Black cumin 1 tsp
- Ghee 1/2 cup
Method:
- Boil red chili with little water and vinegar.
- Then grind with coriander and green chilies and make chutney.
- Heat oil in pot and fry onion until golden.
- Now put grinded chutney, chicken, ginger garlic and water and cook until water dries.
- Now put spices and roast it.
- Then put 1-1/2 cup water and cook it.
- When ghee comes up, put almonds, poppy seeds, black cumin and cardamom and put kewra.
- When ghee comes up, korma is ready.
Chicken Ka Badami Korma is tasty dish. It is prepared with different method. Almonds are added. Serve with raita and naan.
