Chicken Ka Badami Korma

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Finely chopped onion 4
  • Degi red chili 4
  • Whole coriander 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Kewra few drops
  • Almonds 12
  • Poppy seeds 1/2 tbsp
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil red chili with little water and vinegar.
  2. Then grind with coriander and green chilies and make chutney.
  3. Heat oil in pot and fry onion until golden.
  4. Now put grinded chutney, chicken, ginger garlic and water and cook until water dries.
  5. Now put spices and roast it.
  6. Then put 1-1/2 cup water and cook it.
  7. When ghee comes up, put almonds, poppy seeds, black cumin and cardamom and put kewra.
  8. When ghee comes up, korma is ready.

Chicken Ka Badami Korma is tasty dish. It is prepared with different method. Almonds are added. Serve with raita and naan.
