White Bolognese Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Chicken sausages 1/2 cup
  • Thyme 1/4 tsp
  • Ground chicken leg meat 1 cup
  • Chicken stock 3/4 cup
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tbsp
  • Pasta as required
  • Egg white 1

Method:

  1. Steam chicken sausages in medium pot on medium flame, add garlic, onion and thyme and stir it interval by interval until onion is golden brown.
  2. Then put chicken stock, add chicken and cook until chicken is brown.
  3. Now add cream, stir it, add crushed red chili and salt, cook on low flame for 15 minutes and stir it interval by interval.
  4. Then take out in dish and serve with pasta.

White Bolognese Pasta is tasty pasta. Chicken sausages is cooked with chicken stock & chicken leg. Then served with pasta.
