White Bolognese Pasta Recipe

Ingredients:
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Onion 1
- Chicken sausages 1/2 cup
- Thyme 1/4 tsp
- Ground chicken leg meat 1 cup
- Chicken stock 3/4 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tbsp
- Salt 1/2 tbsp
- Pasta as required
- Egg white 1
Method:
- Steam chicken sausages in medium pot on medium flame, add garlic, onion and thyme and stir it interval by interval until onion is golden brown.
- Then put chicken stock, add chicken and cook until chicken is brown.
- Now add cream, stir it, add crushed red chili and salt, cook on low flame for 15 minutes and stir it interval by interval.
- Then take out in dish and serve with pasta.
White Bolognese Pasta is tasty pasta. Chicken sausages is cooked with chicken stock & chicken leg. Then served with pasta.
