Ingredients:
- Milk 3 cups
- Semolina 1 cup
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Rose water 1 tbsp
- Cream 160 gm
- Icing sugar 2 tbsp
- Walnuts, Pistachios, Almonds for garnish
Method:
- Mix semolina, sugar and rose water in milk and cook for 10 minutes till thick.
- When thick, spread on dish.
- Mix cream in icing sugar and spread on mixture.
- Then garnish with nuts and serve.
Layali Lubnan is Lebanese dessert. It is prepared with semolina and milk. Then topped with cream & icing sugar and garnished with nuts. Must try this dessert.
