Mexican Chicken Fajita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast strips 1 kg
  • Lemon 1/2
  • Olive oil 1/2 cup
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 ts
  • Cumin 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Green chili 1
  • Green onion 2
  • Finely crushed garlic 1 tbsp

For Salsa:

  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Roasted red chilies 2
  • Jalapeno 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 tbsp

For Garnish:

  • Tortillas 2
  • Salad leaves 1 cup
  • Sour cream 1 cup
  • Avocado 1
  • Lemon 1

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat 4 tbsp oil in pan and fry chicken.
  3. Then take out chicken and mix vegetables in it nicely.
  4. Then put salt, black pepper and garlic and cook it.
  5. Then put chicken, vegetables, salsa, salad leaves, sour cream and avocado in tortillas, fold it and serve.

Mexican Chicken Fajita is delicious wrap (sandwich) dish. Chicken is marinated, cooked and mixed with vegetables. Stuffed in tortillas, with salsa and served.
