Korean Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings 1 kg
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1/4 cup
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • White vinegar 1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil 2 tbsp
  • Honey 1/4 cup
  • Soya sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sesame for garnish
  • Scallions for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat oil in medium pan, put ginger, cook for 2 minutes, add vinegar, sesame oil, honey, soya sauce and chili garlic sauce, cook more for 2 minutes and remove from stove.
  2. Now heat oil in big pot, add chicken wings and cook until crispy golden.
  3. Then add wings in sauce, mix it, take out in dish, garnish with sesame and scallions and serve.

Korean Chicken Wings is delicious dish. Chicken is cooked and mixed with sauce & honey. Then garnish with sesame and served
