Rosemary Biscotti Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Oil or Unsalted butter as required
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Maida 2 cups
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Melon seeds 1/2 cup
  • Pistachios 1/2 cup
  • Rosemary 1 tbsp
  • Coconut flakes 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Preheat oven on 350 degrees C.
  2. Beat butter in big bowl, add sugar and blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add eggs, melon seeds, pistachios, coconut flakes, rosemary and vanilla extract, mix with maida and baking powder, spread on baking sheet in shape of dough and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Then take out from oven, cut into slices, bake more for 10 minutes, take it out, cool it and serve.

Rosemary Biscotti is an Italian biscuit. It is prepared with maida, butter, eggs, rosemary & pistachios and baked. Then cut into slices and baked again.
