Cassata Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

• Sponge cake 2
• Vanilla ice cream 1 liter
• Strawberry ice cream 1 liter
• Chocolate ice cream 1 liter
• Chopped almonds 2 tbsp
• Chopped walnuts 2 tbsp
• Raisins 2 tbsp
• Chocolate chips 2 tbsp
• Whipped fresh cream 8 oz
• Chocolate ganache 1 cup

For Ganache:

• Cream 200 gm
• Chocolate 200 gm
  

Method:

1. Put cake in loaf pan and spread vanilla ice cream.
2. Now put almonds, walnuts, raisins and chocolate chips.
3. Make second layer of strawberry ice cream.
4. Then spread chocolate ice cream and keep it in refrigerator overnight.
5. Then put chocolate ganache, garnish with fresh cream and serve.
