Prawn Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
For Prawns:
- Prawns 200 gm
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
For Dressing:
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Garlic chopped 1/2 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Salad:
- Carrot finely sliced 1
- Ice berg 100 gm
- Beans 100 gm
- Mango cubes 100
- Water 3 cups
Method:
- For prawns: Add all ingredients in microwave proof bowl, mix it, marinate it and leave for a while.
- Then cook on microwave on 100% for 4 minutes.
- Then take it out and grill it again on grill option for 3 minutes.
- Then take it out, turn it and grill it again on grill option for 3 minutes.
- Prawns are ready.
- For dressing: Add all ingredients in bowl and mix ti nicely.
- Dressing is ready.
- For salad: Cut all vegetables.
- Then put beans and water in microwave proof bowl and boil on 100% M for 10 minutes.
- Now take it out and cut into small pieces.
- Put all vegetables and mango in bowl.
- Now add prawns.
- Put dressing, mix it nicely and serve.
Prawn Salad is delicious salad. Prawns is marinated and cook in oven. Then mixed with salad & dressing and served.
