Prawn Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

For Prawns:

  • Prawns 200 gm
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

For Dressing:

  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Salad:

  • Carrot finely sliced 1
  • Ice berg 100 gm
  • Beans 100 gm
  • Mango cubes 100
  • Water 3 cups

Method:

  1. For prawns: Add all ingredients in microwave proof bowl, mix it, marinate it and leave for a while.
  2. Then cook on microwave on 100% for 4 minutes.
  3. Then take it out and grill it again on grill option for 3 minutes.
  4. Then take it out, turn it and grill it again on grill option for 3 minutes.
  5. Prawns are ready.
  6. For dressing: Add all ingredients in bowl and mix ti nicely.
  7. Dressing is ready.
  8. For salad: Cut all vegetables.
  9. Then put beans and water in microwave proof bowl and boil on 100% M for 10 minutes.
  10. Now take it out and cut into small pieces.
  11. Put all vegetables and mango in bowl.
  12. Now add prawns.
  13. Put dressing, mix it nicely and serve.

Prawn Salad is delicious salad. Prawns is marinated and cook in oven. Then mixed with salad & dressing and served.
