Chicken Tikka Masala Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Boiled rice 1/2 kg
  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Chicken tikka masala 2 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Star anise 4
  • Small cardamom 4
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fried onion 1 cup
  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Oil 1 cup

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with tikka masala for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat oil, fry chicken, put tomatoes and cover it on low flame.
  3. Chicken tender, close stove.
  4. Then mix fried onion, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, star anise, red chili, cardamom, salt, green chilies and mint leaves in other pan.
  5. Now make layer of rice in pan.
  6. Put chicken and tomato masala and simmer it for 30 minutes.

Chicken Tikka Masala Biryani is tasty dish. Chicken is marinated with tikka masala and fried. Then mixed with rice & spices and serve with raita & salad.
