Doodh Jalebi Custard Recipe

Ingredients:
- Milk 1 liter
- Jalebi 250 gm
- Egg yolks 3
- Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Roasted almonds 4 tbsp
- Custard powder 2 tbsp
Method:
- Cook milk.
- When it boils, take out half milk.
- Now put jalebi in milk.
- Put egg yolks, cream, vanilla essence, milk and custard in bowl and beat it.
- Then put jalebi milk, stir it and when thick, close stove.
- Then take out in dish, put almonds and cool it.
Doodh Jalebi Custard is amazing sweet dish or dessert. Milk is cooked and mixed with jalebi, egg yolks and cream. Then topped with almonds and serve warm.
