Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients:
- Bread slices 6
- Butter 1 packet
- Chocolate spread 1/2 cup
- Beaten eggs 4
- Caster sugar 1 tbsp
- Fresh milk 1 cup
- Fresh cream 1 packet
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
- Raspberry jam 1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut edges of bread slices and spread butter and jam.
- Now cut from center, grease baking tray and spread bread slices.
- Then make layer of chocolate.
- Dissolve cocoa powder in little water, add in fresh milk and pour over chocolate.
- Now mix eggs and sugar, beat it nicely and spread in dish.
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
- Keep bread slices out for 15 minutes so that milk absorbs nicely.
- Put little water on oven tray and keep baking dish.
- Remember it, water does not go in dish.
- When golden brown on top, take it out and serve with fresh cream and ice cream.
Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding is amazing dessert. Butter & raspberry jam is spread on bread slices. Then spread in dish, topped with chocolate, milk & eggs mixture and baked. Serve with ice cream.
