Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices 6
  • Butter 1 packet
  • Chocolate spread 1/2 cup
  • Beaten eggs 4
  • Caster sugar 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Raspberry jam 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut edges of bread slices and spread butter and jam.
  2. Now cut from center, grease baking tray and spread bread slices.
  3. Then make layer of chocolate.
  4. Dissolve cocoa powder in little water, add in fresh milk and pour over chocolate.
  5. Now mix eggs and sugar, beat it nicely and spread in dish.
  6. Preheat oven on 180 degrees C.
  7. Keep bread slices out for 15 minutes so that milk absorbs nicely.
  8. Put little water on oven tray and keep baking dish.
  9. Remember it, water does not go in dish.
  10. When golden brown on top, take it out and serve with fresh cream and ice cream.

Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding is amazing dessert. Butter & raspberry jam is spread on bread slices. Then spread in dish, topped with chocolate, milk & eggs mixture and baked. Serve with ice cream.
