Dahi Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:
- Mutton 1/2 kg
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Oil 1 cup
- Lemons 4
- Finely chopped fresh red chilies 8-10
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
- Oil to taste
Method:
- Put oil, mutton, ginger garlic paste and salt in pot and cook until water of mutton dries.
- Now roast it slightly, add hot water and tender mutton.
- When meat tender, put red chilies, black pepper and yogurt, roast it for 5 minutes and simmer it.
- When water of yogurt dries, add lemon juice, cumin and ginger and serve with hot chapati.
Dahi Gosht is tasty & spicy dish. Mutton and yogurt are used to prepare this dish. Fresh red chilies are also added. Serve with chapati or naan.
