Aloo Ka Samosa Recipe

Ingredients:
For Samosa Wrap:
- Maida 250 gm
- White flour 250 gm
- Whole cumin 1 tbsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Samosa Filling:
- Potatoes (boiled & mashed) 1/2 kg
- Onion chopped 1
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Crushed carom 1/2 tsp
- Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 1 bunch
- Green chilies 4-5
- Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- For samosa wrap: Add white flour, cumin, ghee and salt in maida and knead soft dough.
- Spread dough with hands and roll big roti.
- Then cut round wrap.
- For filling: Boil potatoes and mash it.
- Add Chinese salt, salt, red chili, coriander leaves, green chilies, onion, cumin and carom in bowl and mix it.
- Now add potatoes and mix it.
- Then fill mixture in wrap and close with wet flour.
- Then fry on medium flame until golden, take it out and serve.
Aloo Ka Samosa is snack dish. It is popular street food in Pakistan specially in spring season and also in Ramadan. It is served with chutney or aloo ki tarkari.
