Meethay Paray Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. Heat ghee and add in maida.
  2. Now add baking powder, mix it and knead it.
  3. Then roll it, cut in shape and fry it.
  4. Now make syrup of water and sugar.
  5. Now put paray and leave for a while.
  6. Then take out and serve it.

Meethay Paray is sweet snack. It is prepared with maida, mixed with ghee, cut in shaped and fried. Then dip in sugar syrup and served. Make in Ramadan.
