Namak Paray Recipe

Ingredients:
- Maida 1/2 kg
- Cumin 1 tbsp
- Ghee 4 tbsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Put maida, ghee, cumin and salt in bowl, knead it and leave for 1 hour.
- Now roll roti of finely thin layer, cut it finely with knife and fry it,
- When light brown, take it out and serve.
Namak Paray crunchy snack of India and Pakistan. It is prepared with maida & cumin and deep fried. Make it in Ramadan.
