Namak Paray Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Maida 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put maida, ghee, cumin and salt in bowl, knead it and leave for 1 hour.
  2. Now roll roti of finely thin layer, cut it finely with knife and fry it,
  3. When light brown, take it out and serve.

Namak Paray crunchy snack of India and Pakistan. It is prepared with maida & cumin and deep fried. Make it in Ramadan.
