Aloo Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:
- Beef with bones 1/2 kg
- Potatoes 200 gm
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 250 gm
- Cinnamon 2-3
- Big cardamom 2-3
- Cloves 2-3
- Onion 2
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
- Red chilies paste 2 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
- Oil 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in pot and add cinnamon and cardamom.
- When it crackles, put onion, ginger and garlic and fry it.
- Now add meat and roast it.
- Then mix spices in yogurt, add in meat, mix it nicely and cook it.
- Now add water as required and potatoes and cook until meat tender.
- Meat and potatoes tender, gravy is thick, take out in dish and serve.
Aloo Gosht is popular dish in Pakistan. It is prepared with mutton and potatoes and served in gravy. Serve with rice.
