Chicken Shashlik Recipe

Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1 kg
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Ginger paste 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1/2 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Sauce:
- Tomatoes 3
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For Vegetables:
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Chopped capsicum 3
- Chopped onion 3
- Oil 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tbsp
- White vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Mash chicken slightly with knife.
- Now put chicken with ginger paste, garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce, sugar, red chili and salt in bowl and leave for 30 minutes.
- Fry masala chicken in little water on both sides, dry water and put in pot.
- Put tomatoes, capsicums and onion in other pan and fry it slightly.
- Now put soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper, mix it, put vegetables in chicken after 3 minutes.
- Then put tomatoes, soya sauce, salt and red chili and cook it slightly.
- Now boil rice.
- Before serving, heat oil in pan, cut garlic finely, fry until light brown, put boiled rice and mix it.
- Put rice in center of dish, put chicken, sauce and vegetables and serve.
Chicken Shashlik is delicious dish. This dish in common in Pakistan. It is served in gravy or in skewers with vegetables and rice.
