Fish Hot Dog With Turtle Sauce

Ingredients:

• Fish fillet (square pieces) 4
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Black pepper 1/2 tsp
• Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
• Vinegar 2 tbsp
• Maida 2 tbsp
• Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
• Egg 1
• Turtle sauce 1/2 cup
• Hotdog buns 4
• Butter as required
• Ice berg lettuce as required
• Bread crumbs as required
  

For Turtle Sauce:

• Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp
• Achari cucumber 1
• Salt 1/4 tsp
• Black pepper 1/4 tsp
• Achari onion 1/4 tsp
• Chopped parsley 1 tsp
• Boiled egg white 1 tbsp
  

Method:

1. For sauce: Mix all ingredients.
2. Marinate fish with all ingredients except buns, turtle sauce, butter, bread crumbs and ice berg lettuce for 30 minutes.
3. Then roll in bread crumbs and deep fry.
4. For assemble: Cut buns from center, spread butter, keep salad leaves and chicken and cover with second part of bun.
5. Then serve with fries and onion rings.
