Moti Choor Kheer Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 kg
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Moti choor laddu 250 gm
  • Small cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio slice for garnish
  • Silver paper for garnish

Method:

  1. Put milk and evaporated milk in pan and add sugar and rice flour paste.
  2. Now add little water and cook for 15 minutes till kheer is thick.
  3. Then put laddu and cardamom powder, cook more for 5 minutes and take out in bowl.
  4. Then garnish with pistachios and silver paper and serve.

Moti Choor Kheer is delicious sweet dish. Evaporated milk is cooked and moti choor laddu is added. Garnished with almonds and served.
