Vegetable Raita Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chopped cucumber 1/2 cup
  • Boiled and chopped potatoes 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomato seeded 1
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green chilies 2
  • Curry leaves 6
  • Cumin 1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Beat yogurt and add vegetables.
  2. Now put coriander leaves and green chilies and mix it.
  3. Then put cumin, curry leaves, turmeric, salt and crushed red chili in hot oil and put on yogurt mixture.

Vegetable Raita is amazing raita. Vegetables is mixed yogurt. Then topped with fried spices.
